1tbsp.Almond Milk, Cashew Milk, Soy Milk, any other kind of nut milk or substitute water
1/2tsp.Pure Vanilla Extract
3/4 tsp.Baking Soda
1/4tsp.Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven at 375°F.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
In a separate (larger) bowl, cream together the wet ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together.
Using a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop and drop cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. These cookies will spread in the oven.
Bake for 9-11 minutes until the edges are just slightly golden.
