Natural, Creamy Peanut Butter

Flax Egg
(1 tbsp. of ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons of warm water, whisked together, and set aside for 15 minutes.

Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients, whish for as long as you can and then switch to folding with a spatula until thoroughly mixed.
Roll dough into balls and space them evenly apart.
Using a fork, press down onto each individual cookie dough to flatten them out since the cookies don't spread as much in the oven.
Bake for 10-15 minutes & enjoy!
