Hey there! Now that’s it’s early December – and feeling like winter, I decided to do another 6 healthy Starbucks drink recipes that you just need to try! Just like I did in October for my fall edition Starbucks recipes. Unfortunately, the infamous Pumpkin Spice Latte is now out of season, however, white chocolate mocha, peppermint, and cocoa are now in!
So, for today’s post, I decided to pull together 6 more of my top “healthified” Starbucks drink recipes that are all low-calorie, macro-friendly, and, for the most part, dairy-free! All perfect for this winter and holiday season! With that, let’s get into the top 6 healthy Starbucks drinks that taste amazing and are MUCH healthier, the winter edition!
But first, just like I did for the fall edition Starbucks drinks, I want to add a little disclaimer…🤗
I do want to mention that although these drinks contain way fewer calories, I wouldn’t exactly describe them as “healthy” BUT they are healthier than the original drinks sold at Starbucks. And although these drinks do contain artificial sweeteners, you are saving hundreds of calories, and tons of sugar, by opting for these “healthier” drinks instead!
For example, a regular Toasted White Chocolate Mocha at Starbucks is 15 grams of fat, 57 grams of carbs, and 56 grams of sugar!! The healthier alternative that I mention below contains only 1.5 grams of fat, 11 grams of carbs, and 3 grams of sugar! Saving you almost 53 grams of sugar from one drink!! These drinks simply allow you to enjoy your favorite wintery/festive drinks (balance!) while cutting down on the unnecessary calories and sugar! Remember, moderation and balance are the keys to a sustainable and long-lasting healthy lifestyle!
