Happy November 1st! I cannot believe that it’s already November! I feel like the month of October flew by so fast! And although I love the holiday season more than anything, I’m honestly not ready for it to be here so soon. However, I am thankful for all of the blessings that have happened in my life this month. Such as starting a new job, finishing school, taking time off, and being able to spend time with the ones I love!

With that, this time of year always inspires me to show some gratitude. And although I was hit with a lot of devastating things this year, I have not given up on my daily moments of gratitude! This is because I believe that practicing gratitude is so important for your mental and emotional well-being, and your overall happiness!

No matter how uninspired or how unmotivated you may feel during the week, month, or year. And once you begin practicing, you’ll be shocked to see just how much daily moments of gratitude can change your outlook on life as a whole!


I’ve actually mentioned the importance of gratitude in my 10 Days Of Wellness Challenge!


But just in case you haven’t taken that challenge yet, (which you totally should!) you’ll be surprised to find out that taking a moment of gratitude each day will bring you many physiological and psychological benefits! The benefits of daily gratitude include:


  • Better sleep
  • Higher energy levels
  • Better health and overall well-being
  • Stronger relationships
  • Decreased levels of stress and anxiety
  • A more positive mindset
  • An increase of mindfulness
  • More patience
  • Better decision-making skills


So, to celebrate the beginning of November just around the corner, I want to bring you a Free 30-Day Gratitude Challenge that you can start today, tomorrow, or whenever!


Whatever works best for you! This challenge is perfect for those who may not be feeling those grateful feels at the moment and for those who simply need a little dose of inspiration and gratitude into their lives! And what better way to kick off the month of November than with a 30-day challenge all about gratitude and thankfulness?!

For those that aren’t used to practicing gratitude, I’m so glad the month of November serves as a gentle reminder of just how important daily gratitude can be for our health and well-being! Therefore, if you’re looking for inspo to cultivate a little gratitude in your life, then I hope today’s post and gratitude challenge speaks to you!

I also added a downloadable PDF of the 30-day gratitude challenge at the bottom of the page, that way you can print it off and cross off each day as you go along! Remember, you don’t have to go in order either! Complete each daily challenge in the best way that works for you! 💛

Day 1: Write down 3 things that you’re grateful for

Day 2: Compliment someone you love

Day 3: Call a parent or grandparent & ask them about their day

Day 4: Meditate for 5 minutes today

Day 5: Spend time outside & appreciate the beauty of nature

Day 6: Bring a co-worker a coffee

Day 7: Engage in a random act of kindness

Day 8: Write down 5 things you love about yourself

Day 9: Replace every compliant with a blessing

Day 10: Write a positive review for a business you like

Day 11: Bake a treat for your friend

Day 12: Send a loved one a handwritten letter

Day 13: Spend 30 minutes practicing self-care

Day 14: Treat yourself to your favorite coffee or tea

Day 15: Leave a note of encouragement in a public place

Day 16: Write down 3 things you like about your job

Day 17: Thank your mom

Day 18: Call a friend to catch up with them

Day 19: Make a donation (big or small) to your charity of choice

Day 20: Do a chore your partner, loved one, or even roommate may do

Day 21: Let your first thought be positive when you wake up

Day 22: Spend quality time with your loved one

Day 23: Share some positivity with someone

Day 24: Treat your pet! Take your dog to the park or for a walk

Day 25: Smile as often as you can today

Day 26: Thank your dad

Day 27: Compliment a stranger

Day 28: Sign up to volunteer for a day in your community

Day 29: Think about 3 great things the future may bring

Day 30: Start a gratitude journal to write in every day!
