Happy December 27th my lovelies! I hope you had a wonderful holiday filled with love and joy! This month went by so fast and I can’t believe that Christmas is already over! 🙁 However, at least we can all still look forward to the New Year – which will hopefully bring us all an abundance of health and happiness all year round! And speaking of health and happiness, these 5 favorites of mine are definitely coming with me (as a yearly favorite) in the New Year! This post is all about my 5 favorites for the month of December! This list includes candles, hot chocolate, my satin pillowcase, Epsom salt baths, and Christmas cookies!
So, with that, let’s dive into them!
1. Collagen Hot Chocolate
You guys! This has been my absolute favorite for all of November and December!! I love it and so does everyone else who I have made it for. Plus, every single time I make this hot chocolate, people are shocked to hear that it is made with all-natural ingredients and contains collagen protein! It’s the perfect evening treat when you and your loved ones are gathered around the fireplace watching holiday movies or when you are out shopping!
2. Healthy Christmas Cookies
Christmas cookies are an obvious staple this time of year! However, I didn’t want to over-indulge on high-sugar/high-calorie cookies all month long. Therefore, I decided to whip up “healthier” recipes of my all-time favorite Christmas cookies and enjoy those instead. That way, I wouldn’t have to deal with any guilt or sugar rush from eating normal holiday cookies.
Also, these cookie recipes that I created are made with all-natural ingredients and most of them are gluten, dairy, and refined sugar-free! Making them perfect for anyone who you are serving these delicious cookies up for!
3. Satin Pillow Case
I have been obsessed with my satin pillowcase and gifted a few of them to family and friends for Christmas! Switching out your commonly used cotton or flannel pillowcases with a silk/satin pillowcase can make a world of differences!

4. Candles
Just like everything else festive and Christmas, holiday candles have been a staple for me ALLLL Christmas! And for the brand of candles, Bath and Body Works always come out with the best-smelling candles. Especially for the fall and winter months.
We have gone through probably 3 of these in the past month! I just let them burn all day haha! They make the house smell delish. My all-time favs are Winter, Pumpkin Pecan Waffles, Marshmallow Fireside, and Sugared Snickerdoodle!
5. Epsom Salt Baths
Now that I am on winter break from work (I’m currently a 3rd-grade teacher), I have been making it a habit to treat myself each evening with a little spa night. And Epsom salt is the perfect addition to a relaxing, muscle-relieving evening bath!
